Terms And Conditions

  1. DEFINITIONS

    Seller means Nigel Howarth, trading as Fitmykitchen, Moulton Chantry House, Southfields, Old Leake, Boston PE22 9LP and the company·s web site www.fitmykitchen.co.uk. Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed. Supplier means Fitmykitchen & fulfilment partners. International Customer shall mean, Customer from outside the UK
  2. GENERAL

    These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Fitmykitchen, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer
  3. PRICE
    1. All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling and are chargeable for VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.
    2. Delivery to mainland UK only unless other wise on request.
  4. PAYMENT

    Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods Major credit cards as listed: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta. Bank transfer Official purchase order, to be paid on pro-forma invoice.
  5. PASSING OF RISK

    The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 5.3 below
  6. DELIVERY
    1. DELIVERY DATE:Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 28 days, most orders are within 7 days. We will pass on customer details to hauliers for delivery. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. fitmykitchen, cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with their agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we shall offer the customer a refund.
    2. SHIPPING:All products are sent from our stock yard. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer·s responsibility as defined in clause 6.3. It should be noted that our hauliers are not contracted to unpack or lift/carry any goods beyond the drop off point.
    3. PASSING OF RISK:When goods are delivered, the Customer bears the risk, once the goods have been signed for. Fitmykitchen accept no responsibility for goods delivered at roadside and subsequently damaged, lost or stolen
  7. ACCEPTANCE

    The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time 7 days after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within a reasonable time after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Fitmykitchen shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. The Customer has up to ten working days to cancel the order without giving a reason. With the ten working days starting the day the customer receives the goods. Fitmykitchen reserves the right to contact the customer post-purchase using the email provided by the customer.
